Sound is not working on my iPhone/iPad
Common causes of sound problems:
- The button with which you put your iPhone/iPad in silent mode may be wrong. If you do not hear any sound, you can switch this button so that your iPhone/iPad is no longer in silent mode. See the video below:
- The moment you use headphones and connect/disconnect, the sound may drop out. In this case, try to restart the app.
- If both of these options don't work then try restarting the iPhone / iPad.
